  • Date, time and venue (with plenty of notice if possible — Parliament sitting days book out fast).
  • Expected attendance and any special guests.
  • Whether you'd like Josh to speak, cut a ribbon, present an award, or just attend.
  • A contact name and number we can reach on the day.
