Ways to reach out

Whatever works best for you

Phone

Best for time-sensitive issues. If no one is free, leave a message and the office will call back within one business day.

Email

Best for detailed enquiries, supporting documents or anything you'd like on record. Include your address so the office can confirm you're in the electorate.

Post

Some things are still best on paper, community petitions, original documents, formal submissions. Use the PO Box address.

In person

Drop in during office hours (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm), or come along to a mobile-office session, no appointment needed.

Appointment with Josh

Josh meets with a range of constituents and community groups at the Electorate Office. Staff will triage appointments based on the nature of the request and the diary, and in some cases, it can be more efficient to be assisted directly by a member of the team.

Social

Follow along on Facebook and Instagram. Please note DMs aren't monitored for casework, call or email for that.

Accessibility

The office wants to hear from everyone.

The electorate office is wheelchair accessible. If you need an Auslan interpreter, a translator, or any other accommodation to get in touch, just let the office know in advance and it will be arranged.

If your issue isn't a state-government matter, Josh's office can still point you to the right federal MP, local council, or agency.
