Apply for a voucherI've called this community home most of my life. I was born in Sunbury, went to Sunbury Heights Primary School and Sunbury College, then completed a teaching degree at Deakin. Before Parliament I worked as a secondary teacher, environmental educator, and did my time at the Sunbury IGA and Safeway.
Since 2014 I've had the privilege of representing Sunbury in the Victorian Parliament, re-elected in 2018 and 2022. In every term I've tried to do the same thing: show up, listen, and fight for the projects our community actually wants.

Exciting news for Sunbury! We've got a brand-new arts and cultural precinct on Jacksons Hill. ArtRise. So great to welcome my friend the Hon. Sonya Kilkenny, Attorney-General and Minister for Planning, alongside Mayor Cr Jarrod Bell to officially launch it.
Sunbury, meet your new TAFE. Before the last election I promised we'd deliver a brand-new TAFE for our community, and today I'm thrilled to share the designs with you. Joined this week by the Minister for Skills and TAFE, my good friend Gayle Tierney MP.
